Erasmus Staff Mobility for Training. Training is defined as training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at a partner university. Training mobility is relevant for teaching and non-teaching staff and there is no need for an Inter-Institutional Agreement. The Erasmus+ programme for staff mobility for training aims to improve the skills and competencies of teaching and non-teaching staff in order to support their  Erasmus+ Staff Mobility. Erasmus Staff Training Mobility. The training mobility supports the professional development of higher education institution teaching and administrative staff in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences), job shadowing/observation periods/training, courses, practical training at a partner institution or at another relevant organisation abroad. Supplementary allowances may also be available for staff with special needs. All Erasmus funding is paid prior to the completion of the staff mobility period. A host HEI for staff training does not need to have an inter-institutional agreement with the University of Oxford for a placement to take place. Staff Training Mobility Programme is open to academic and administrative staff of higher education institutions that hold Erasmus Charter.
